Undergraduate students taking nine (9) credit hours (three (3) hours in the summer) and graduate students taking six (6) or more credit hours are eligible to enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan.

Students and any dependents must be enrolled at the same time and can only enroll during the open enrollment periods listed above.

Important Information About Dependent Enrollment

International students are auto enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan. If you do not want the Student Health Insurance Plan, you must decline or opt-out of coverage by submitting a waiver. Click here to read through the requirements to Waive coverage.
 
Eligible dependents of enrolled International Students may participate in the plan on a voluntary basis but must be enrolled during the open enrollment periods listed above. Please follow up with your school at [email protected] for details on how to enroll your dependents.
